Playing the cards
Thirteen piles lie in rows of seven and six. Begin at the Ace pile, reveal its card, and keep shuttling the exposed card to the pile matching its rank.
How the chain ends
The current pile determines the next card. Kings route to the thirteenth pile; when that pile is complete, no new chain starts. The deal succeeds only if all thirteen piles contain four cards of their assigned rank.
