Playing the cards
Deal two rows of five piles and one row of three, four cards each. Start with the Ace pile and move each exposed card beneath the pile named for its rank, then continue to the next pile.
How to follow the chain
The exposed card determines its destination. After it enters the rank pile, the card exposed there supplies the next move. The deal succeeds only if all thirteen piles finish with four cards of their assigned rank.
