An easier variant of Congress where Aces start on the foundations. Two-deck solitaire using eight tableau columns. Build foundations up by suit to Kings. Build tableau columns down regardless of suit. The stock deals one card at a time with a single pass. Complete all four foundations to win.

How to Play

Two decks (104 cards) are used. Four foundations must be completed to win.
Aces start on the foundations and build up by suit to Kings.
The tableau has eight columns. Cards build down regardless of suit.
Any card from the waste or tableau can be played to a foundation or another tableau column.
Spaces can be filled from the waste pile or stock.
Cards move one at a time. The stock deals one card at a time and can only be dealt through once.

Strategy Tips

Since Aces are already placed, focus on building down in tableau to expose more cards.
Keep tableau columns as full as possible to minimize stock dependence.
Build sequences of alternating rank/color when possible for maximum flexibility.
Plan moves ahead since the stock is limited to one pass.
