Plan across eight interval foundations.
Two decks supply eight markers, eight seeded foundations, four holding wastes, and the stock. Each marker from Ace through 8 names a step size. Its foundation starts at twice that step and advances by that interval, wrapping after King; suit does not matter.

Track what each step needs next
The step-three foundation begins at 6 and next needs 9, then Queen. The step-one foundation begins at 2 and next needs 3. When a card can enter more than one foundation, compare their following ranks and the exposed tops in the four waste piles before choosing. A placement that makes another waste top playable can release a chain.
Each foundation takes twelve cards including its base. The eight markers remain outside those foundations, accounting for the other eight cards. The target is to fill all eight arithmetic runs, not to sort by suit.
Do not bury the next step
A draw puts one card into a temporary waste position. That card can build directly when it fits or be assigned to one of four holding piles. Only the top of each holding pile can later build. If a 9 needed by the step-three foundation is exposed, covering it with an unrelated card postpones that foundation even when 9 is already available.
There is no redeal in this implementation. The four holding piles therefore carry the access plan for all 88 stock cards. Calculation uses the same modular idea with four step sizes and one deck, but its smaller number of lanes creates different waste choices.
