How Eagle's Wing plays
A dealt base card starts one suit foundation; the other suits start on that rank. Foundations build upward in suit with King-to-Ace wraparound. Eight wings each start with one card. A wing card can move to a foundation, but cards cannot build from one wing onto another.
The trunk and stock
The thirteen-card trunk refills empty wings until one trunk card remains. That final card can move to a foundation when legal. Once only one trunk card remains, an empty wing can instead receive the stock or waste top. The stock draws one card at a time and allows two redeals.
