Why play Casket?
Casket adds layered reserve mechanics on top of a two-deck suit-building puzzle, which makes access management the heart of the game.
Two-deck variant
A moderately difficult two-deck patience game. Eight tableau piles form the Casket — they build down in suit. Five face-up reserve cards form the Lid; as each Lid card is played, it is replaced by one of the thirteen hidden Jewel cards. Deal from the stock one card at a time into the lowest-count waste pile or onto the tableau. Move all 104 cards to the eight foundations (two per suit, Ace to King) to win. No redeals are permitted.

The Casket (builds down in suit)
Casket adds layered reserve mechanics on top of a two-deck suit-building puzzle, which makes access management the heart of the game.
The Casket tableau builds down in suit, Lid cards reveal hidden Jewels as they are used, and all 104 cards must eventually reach eight suit foundations.
