Keep the count through each pass.
Hit or Miss calls Ace through King repeatedly as cards leave the stock. A card matching the current call is removed; a miss goes to waste and may return in a later pass. The call count continues across passes, so the next stock card after a recycle need not be called Ace.

Read a matching call
If the current call is 4 and the drawn card is a 4, it leaves the game. A 5 on the same call goes to waste. The next call advances to 5 in either case. When stock empties, the remaining waste is recycled in a fixed order; it is not shuffled into a new random deal.
When the run stops
Removing all 52 cards wins. The implementation stops after two consecutive complete passes without a hit. Drawing and recycling are prescribed actions, so there is no card-selection strategy. Hope Deferred is another forced removal game, but it removes Clubs during limited packet passes rather than matching a spoken rank.
